The process of service can effectively improve the quality of service and incident response speed and has significant influence in enhancing customer satisfaction. The company defines a standardized and efficient service process according to the careful consideration flow for our customers to do.
Machines setting service
We supply the users the operation and the theory training for machine setting, production test and the troubleshooting trainings. When the machine arrives at the user’s factory, we will send our engineer to the factory to set the machine and to supply at least 4 hour basic operation training to test the equipment to ensure the normal action of the machines.Buyer will bear the visa-application, round-trip ticket, meals and accommodation, $50 per day as subsidy for our after sales service technician.
Training
We can send our engineers to do the training about the packing principle, packing machines setting and maintenance, repair.
After sales service for modification
We can do some modification without affecting its fundamental properties to the using equipments according to our customers’ demand. Such as: the replacement of packaging materials, product size adjustment.
Machines repair service
We supply the full service in response to the used equipment failure, repair, and parts replacement. The service can be divided into: warranty repair services (we provide free inspection and parts replacement), out of warranty repair services (we charge the service fees and the corresponding transportation fees, parts fees).
Machines maintenance service
根据客户不同需求或设备使用状况,分为日常保养和深度保养,排除因零件损耗对设备造成的负面影响。收费办法:单次服务(收取人工服务费及相应路途费、配件费)。半年保养服务(含半年两次上门的定期检修,收取人工服务费及相应路途费、配件费)、全年保养保服务(含一年四次上门的定期检修,收取人工服务费及相应路途费、配件费)。客户可根据自身情况签订半年保养、全年保养保服务续保合同。
